This policy explains how His Palabra handles information submitted through its website, including the bilingual Bible interest waitlist.
Information we collect
Depending on the feature you use, we may collect information such as your email address, optional mobile number, language preference, signup source and time, and records showing whether, when, where, and under which disclosure version you gave SMS consent.
How we use it
We use submitted information to operate waitlists, provide requested updates, understand interest in English and Spanish experiences, improve His Palabra products and mission projects, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable requirements.
Mobile information
His Palabra does not sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Vendors that help us host data or deliver communications may process information only as needed to provide services to His Palabra and subject to appropriate restrictions.
Your choices
Providing a mobile number is optional. If you provide one for text updates, explicit SMS consent is required. You may revoke SMS consent by replying STOP to a His Palabra text. For help, reply HELP or email hello@hispalabra.org.
Data protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the services we operate. We retain information as needed to provide the requested service, maintain consent and suppression records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
