Every His Palabra piece is made to order after we confirm your payment. It keeps us from overproducing and lets us give each piece care.
Delivery times
Every order needs 1 to 3 production days before it ships. After that, shipping time depends on where the piece is made:
- Maná Daily Crewneck and Retoño District Hoodie: ship from the US and arrive in 3 to 5 days once shipped.
- Maná Daily Tee and Retoño District Tee: ship from overseas and arrive in 9 to 14 days once shipped, or in about 7 to 9 days with Priority shipping.
All in, plan on about 4 to 8 days for the crewneck and hoodie and about 10 to 17 days for tees, or about 8 to 12 days with Priority shipping. Hats ship from a different fulfillment center. If your order mixes pieces from different centers, such as tees with a crewneck, hoodie or hat, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. Holidays and busy seasons can add time.
Shipping costs
Free standard US shipping on every order, always. No minimum.
Priority shipping for tees: $9.95 per order. Tees take about 7 to 9 days to arrive once shipped, plus 1 to 3 days to print. You will see it at checkout whenever your bag includes a tee. Priority shipping is always a paid option. The crewneck and hoodies already ship from the US in 3 to 5 days, so they always travel by standard shipping.
You will see the exact total at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. If you have an account, it will also appear in My account.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please check your address before paying. Because each piece is made to order, we may not be able to change it once production starts. If your package arrives damaged, with an error, or does not arrive, write to hello@hispalabra.org with your order number and we will help.
Returns
Every piece is made to order. If it arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we replace or refund it within 30 days. We can't accept returns for a change of mind or size. Read every condition in Returns & Exchanges.
