Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit hispalabra.org, create an account, read or share a passage, or place an order with His Palabra. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
His Palabra is a Christian business that makes clothing for sharing Scripture in English and Spanish. A portion of every purchase funds Mission 001: 1,000 Bibles. Product purchases are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment and send your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of a pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, or another reasonable cause. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. His Palabra does not store your full card number.
Made to order
Each piece is produced when you order it. Images on the site are design previews. Colors, print or embroidery placement, and finishing details may vary slightly. See production and delivery times on our Shipping page.
Returns and exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we replace or refund items that are misprinted, defective, damaged or wrong, but we can't accept returns for a change of mind or size. The $9 shirt-credit program has its own conditions. Read the full policy in Returns & Exchanges. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend accounts used improperly or against these terms.
Community and shared links
If you join the community standings, choose a respectful username that does not impersonate another person or His Palabra. Visits to your shared links count under our published rules, and we may exclude automated or abusive activity. Community points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Content and trademarks
The designs, text, images, and the His Palabra name and marks belong to His Palabra or its licensors. Scripture text is shown under the translation and license noted on each passage. You may share passage links for personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with how it runs, access accounts or systems without permission, or generate visits or points artificially.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site as is. To the extent the law allows, His Palabra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
